कोकोनट राईस बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य

Coconut rice is a very easy and simple recipe. It tastes just awesome. This is a good alternative to our fodanicha bhat and different way out to finish left over rice. If you have shredded fresh coconut then this is just awesome recipe. You can try this recipe t home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Hing
• Curry leaves
• 2~3 dry Red chilies
• 1 tsp Chana dal
• Slit green chilies
• 1/2 tsp Urad dal
• 1 cup shredded fresh Coconut

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add coconut oil.
• When the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, dry red chilies, chana dal, green chilies and mix well.
• Add urad dal and fry until dal changes the color a little.
• Add fresh coconut and mix well.
• Fry everything for just 2 minutes.
• Add rice and mix well.
• If you have added salt while cooking the rice then don’t add salt now.
• If you haven’t added salt while cooking rice then add salt to taste.
• Fry everything well for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Coconut rice is all ready.
