The newly-appointed President has signed his first three executive orders in office. He has tightened COVID-19 regulations for mask wearing and vaccinations.
He is reversing the controversial Muslim travel ban brought in by the Trump administration, and has rejoined the Paris climate accords, a move approved by a majority of the international community.
