President of the International Rescue Committee and former foreign secretary David Miliband tells Sky News that a withdrawal of humanitarian, diplomatic and political efforts would “increase danger” in Afghanistan.
Mr. Miliband says the people of Afghanistan need foreign aid more than ever as over 350,000 citizens are made homeless and thousands die every week as the Taliban advance.
