Archbishop of Canterbury: Church of England to go net-zero by 2030

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, has got rid of his diesel car and reduced his meat consumption. He says these are some of the small steps he has taken in support of climate action, but ‘it can’t be up to the individual.’

Leaders from The Church of England, The Roman Catholic Church and The Orthodox Church will unite for the first time in history to support COP26.

The faith leaders are sharing a message to gain ‘reconciliation with the creation with which we have unconsciously at war with for so long.’
