A video of McDonald’s employees fighting back against disruptive customers at one of its stores has gone viral.
McDonald’s says it’s “not in accordance” with its policies for employees to retaliate, but says there is more to the story.
An employee at the franchise’s Wynyard store in Sydney’s Central Business District was caught on camera throwing a drink at an aggravated customer who then begins launching food back at workers in the early hours last Thursday morning.
