President Donald Trump announced a “War on Fraud” during his State of the Union address, citing alleged fraud by the Somali community in Minnesota. “That’s a lie and you’re a liar,” U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minnesota, who is of Somali descent, yelled as Trump made the comments.
