The Pussycat Dolls are BACK… But Who Was Left Behind?

The Pussycat Dolls are officially back for a 2026 world tour, but the PCD Forever lineup is raising major eyebrows as it has been trimmed down to a trio. While Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts are set to hit 33 U.S. cities and London’s O2 Arena, original members Melody Thornton, Jessica Sutta, and Carmit Bachar are nowhere to be found.

This return coincides with their new Mike Sabath-produced single, “Club Song,” marking their first release in six years. However, the excitement is being overshadowed by a Reality Check regarding the group’s internal dynamics, leaving fans to wonder if this is a true reunion or simply “The Nicole Show” supported by nostalgia and two backup dancers.

The absence of half the group reportedly boils down to a mix of legal battles, burnt bridges, and power plays. Following a settlement stalemate where Nicole allegedly secured 75% ownership and total creative control, insiders suggest there was little budget or desire for the remaining members to join under the new terms. The divide is deepened by the lingering sting of the 2022 tour cancellation, which famously left Carmit and Jessica blindsided via Instagram.

While the group claims the current lineup is simply a matter of aligned schedules and has bolstered the stage with 2000s icons Mýa and Lil’ Kim, many fans remain skeptical. For some, the addition of legendary guests is a win, but for others, the missing original members make this comeback feel more like a brand revival than a genuine reunion.
