Tributes are being paid to Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding by her friends and family, following her death at the age of 39.
The singer and actress, who rose to fame after competing in the TV show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, was diagnosed with advanced-stage breast cancer in August 2020.
Announcing Sarah’s death on Instagram, her mother Marie spoke of her “deep heartbreak”, and described her daughter as “a bright shining star”.
