AC Schnitzer introduces a tuning program for the BMW 3 Series Touring
After the introduction of the BMW 3 Series sedan tuning kit, German tuner AC Schnitzer launches a new program. This time, it’s the BMW 3 Series Touring that gets the to be special. The performance upgrades start with a tuning kit and the BMW 330d Touring which now makes 315 horsepower instead of the 265 hp. The kit will then expand to the 320i, 330i and M340i models.
AC Schnitzer also presents acoustic diversity. The AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer (for 320i, 330i, M340i) with 2 exhaust tailpipes each in right/left combination with “Sport Carbon”, “Sport Chrome” or “Sport Black” tailpipes (4 pieces) is in preparation and already available for the 320i and 330i.
The suspension has also been tuned. The AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit also achieves a lowering of 25 mm compared to the standard suspension.
Visually, the BMW 3 Series Touring will stand out with some new parts. AC Schnitzer front spoiler elements, front splitter, front splitter in conjunction with AC Schnitzer front spoiler elements, side skirts (all for vehicles with M aerodynamics package) and rear roof spoiler improve the downforce as well.
AC Schnitzer rear skirt protection film and lettering (400 mm, left – right) round off the aerodynamic components visually.
The interior of the BMW 3 series Touring is also exceptional when it leaves the workshop of the BMW tuning experts in Aachen. AC Schnitzer aluminum shift paddle set, aluminum pedals, aluminum footrest and aluminum keyholder are all part of this aftermarket program.
AC Schnitzer also offers various options for wheel sets: Starting with AC1 Light Alloy Wheels BiColor or Anthracite in 8.5J x 19″ with 225/40 R 19 tires up to 20 inch size and mixed tires in 225/35 R 20 front and 255/30 R30 rear.
The tuning program will expand in the near future.
