The UK’s final flight of Afghan refugees has departed after the largest evacuation in living memory, but no one feels victorious.
British flights have evacuated more than 14,000 people since the airlift began. But it’s thought around 1,000 Afghans, who worked with the UK over the past 20 years, are being left behind.
