Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Tom Tugendhat, says the Foreign Office received a report in July highlighting the ‘risk’ of withdrawing from Afghanistan.
This comes after Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab told the committee his department didn’t think Kabul would fall so quickly.
