Afghanistan: Refugees say the Taliban ‘would have killed us’

Afghan refugees arriving in Germany are grateful, but U.S. military say the task of caring for so many is tremendous.

Thousands cram into temporary refugee camps waiting to be relocated in America but with no jobs, homes, healthcare or education in place. The resettlement for these people who have experienced extreme trauma is a logistical snow storm.
