With all the celebrity couples we talk about these days, I’ve got to admit, Becky G and Sebastian Lletget (let-jet) are probably one of my favorites. But Becky G just revealed that she doesn’t plan on walking down the aisle any time soon.
What’s up guys? It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and in case you didn’t know, Becky G has been in the most adorable relationship with soccer star Sebastian Lletget (let-jet) since 2016.
Yea, you’re welcome for gracing your page with these two, they are actual GOALS.
But she just opened up to Entertainment Tonight about feeling pressured to get engaged.
And from the interview, it seems like Becky and her man are taking things one step at a time, after all, she’s only 22.
She continued on an said quote, “As far as pressure, we do really well with it. We laugh about it, and obviously we’re not wasting our time here. We know we want to be together. But, you know, I feel like you have to enjoy every step, every process of it all.”
The couple met back in 2016 when they were introduced to each other by Becky’s “Power Rangers” co-star Naomi Scott and her husband Jordan Spence.
And just about six months later, Becky posted this pic of Sebastian on her Instagram and in her caption she wrote about the incredibly sweet talk they had on their first date.
She said quote, On our first date we talked about everything under the moon…literally. I remember specifically stuffing my face with sushi and talking about our dreams, goals and visions for where we see ourselves… everything we talked about on that date we are now doing or working towards. Crazy how fast time has flown by. I adore that you are a man of your word. That you are a man with ambition. You’re inspiring to so many, especially me. I’m proud of you.”
Cue awwwws.
And fans are just as obsessed with Becky and Sebastian as we are.
One person wrote quote, “”My relationship with Sebastian is something very beautiful because besides being my boyfriend, he is also my best friend,” @iambeckyg talking about Sebastian they are so cute”
And another said quote, “Becky G. And her bf Sebastian are the cutest, I love them together!!”
Seriously, we couldn’t agree more and I totally respect them for taking their time to get engaged.
There’s no rush as long as they are happy, and they seem perfectly happy together.
