Bella Thorne’s ex-boyfriend Mod Sun just dropped a major truth bomb, claiming that the couple’s relationship was far more serious than anyone had really known…
What’s up guys, it’s Drew Dorsey back here on Clevver News, and you know the saying, ‘love makes you do crazy things?’ Some get matching tattoos, some attempt the whole ‘promise ring’ exchange… Well Mod Sun and Bella Thorne did that too, except this was a little more official… with like, rings, an official ceremony, etc etc.
If you’re listening to this and you’re like huh?, Mod Sun revealed that during the couple’s 15-month relationship, they actually got married. Technically, engaged, married AND divorced in a span of 15 months… But hey, that’s saying more than half of Hollywood.
Mod Sun dropped the bombshell while catching up with some paparazzi in reaction to Bella’s ex Tana Mongeau’s engagement to Jake Paul, and surprisingly enough, he wasn’t all that shocked.
He told the paps, “that’s what we young crazy people do. I got engaged, married and divorced in 15 months in Hollywood. That’s what we do out here in these streets. We out here putting rings on it, that’s what our generation does.”

BUT you gotta love our impulsive generation, who clearly embraces the sacred foundation of marriage, amiright?!
But although Mod didn’t exactly say in the camera that it was Bella whom he wifed up, he later confirmed to TooFab that it was, in fact, Bella Thorne.
And while they never actually filed the legal paperwork to become officially official, they did have a wedding ceremony and exchanged vows…
Speculations began back in February, when Mod posted a video from what appeared to be a wedding ceremony, but neither had confirmed anything.
Part of his vows, which he wrote at the time read QUOTE, “I know how lucky I am. I know I met u 1000 years ago. I won’t lose u this time. I promise to rub ur toes every night, that’s our deal. I love u @bellathorne.”
The toe-rubbing might’ve come to an end, but as Mod’s recently-updated caption states, “We split but this was still a beautiful moment in my life.”
Precious. But now that he got the world really thinkin’ about it, in May of last year, Bella photographed herself flashing an emerald ring on THAT finger, with the caption, “Da baby iced me out,” but speculation fizzled after no confirmation was made.
So Tana and Jake, if you’re listening, Mod also gave some words of advice from his 15 months of marital bliss saying quote, “If you do any business together, get your paperwork right. Don’t get a dog together. Wait; let it play out.”
Oh, AND referring to Bella’s recent nude leak scandal, he said QUOTE, “And don’t film too much on your own phone. Let it be known!” But on a more serious note, he followed up by saying, “I keep that girl in my prayers right now. I’m a little worried about what the mind goes through. Keeping my thoughts positive for all that.”
No hard feelings between these exes, even after the whole breaking-into-Mod’s-home-unannounced incident, but some details amiright?
