Beyoncé’s “Making the Gift” special revealed intimate family moments and we even got to see their 2-year-old twins, Sir and Rumi. My heart could hardly handle the cuteness.

What’s up? It’s Drew Dorsey here with Clevver News and last night ABC aired Beyoncé’s “Making the Gift” documentary special.

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of her recent album, “The Lion King: The Gift.”

We also got to see Bey, Jay-Z and their kids, Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir on a trip to Africa.

Beyonce spoke about going to Africa in the doc and said quote, “Visiting countries in Africa, it’s always an emotional experience for me. It feels like I’m making peace with a part of me that’s yearning for my ancestral connection. I was blessed to be able to relive some of the experiences that I’ve been very fortunate to have over the years with my entire family.”

And while all of that was beautiful to see, let’s be honest, we were all here for the never-before-seen shots of the twins and older sis, Blue Ivy!

And ummm hello, Rumi and Sir are walking and talking now! Time has literally flown.

Before we know it Blue Ivy is gonna be off to college.

Anyway, back to the doc. We got to see Queen Bey being adorably sweet with Rumi asking her what sounds different animals make.

And fans were totally here for this moment.

One person tweeted quote, “I don’t know why Beyoncé saying the coooow does it for me but it does”

And another one said quote, “I thought Rumi was Blue Ivy when she was little. Lol My eyes trippin ??‍♀️”

We also got to see Rumi and Sir in their car seats in a video Beyonce filmed while in Africa.

This is definitely the most we’ve seen of them and I am so here for it.

Before this we’ve only really seem snippets here and there in her Homecoming doc and on tour, so you know I was glued to my screen.

And while the twins appearances were super cute, Blue Ivy certainly didn’t disappoint either.

We got to see more of her personality now that she’s 7 years old and I am obsessed with her.

There were hilarious and adorable moments of Beyonce and Blue singing, dancing, and wearing matching outfits.

Blue got to show off her singing skills while recording “Brown Skin Girl.”

Beyonce reflected on the opportunity to see Blue shine and said quote, “When I see fathers singing ‘Brown Skin Girl’ to their daughters, to know that my daughter can have the same opportunities and feel confident and feel like she doesn’t have to take her braids down and she can comb her afro out and she can glisten in her brown skin… That is why I make music.”

Twitter is going off about how Blue is the genius behind everything and is the creative director we never knew we needed.

One person tweeted saying quote, “Of course Blue Ivy choreographed the Spirit music video. What CAN’T she do?”

And another person shared this series of photos and said quote, “In this house, we stan creative director Blue Ivy”

We also got to see Blue and Bey on their way to the Wearable Art Gala in Lion King-themed costumes and Blue explained the significance of her outfit.

And we could just see from the doc how great of a mom Beyonce is. She loves her kids so much and it shows.

Bey also spoke about motherhood and said quote, “When you’re a mother, there’s a love that you experience with your kids that’s deeper than anything you can imagine. The love is beyond Earth and beyond time and space, and it’s a connection that will be constant.”

And back in June, a source told Us Weekly about how Bey and Jay always make time for their family.

They said quote, “They have nannies for the kids and their assistants help out too, but they mostly try and bring the kids everywhere. Blue always travels with Beyoncé and comes with her when she’s working. The twins are getting older and Beyoncé has been taking them out a little more too. … They’re a very tight-knit family and like to do everything together.”

And we could tell in the doc and we couldn’t love the Knowles-Carter fam any more.

But I want to know what you guys think about the doc.
