Hizzoner initially sidestepped his ambitions when asked about speculation on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” saying his focus was on collaborating and working with Gov. Kathy Hochul and “bringing this city back” after the coronavirus and the wrath of Hurricane Ida.
