A peaceful evening walk turned into a survival situation at Yellowstone’s Bridge Bay Campground when a massive bull bison suddenly charged a grandfather, chasing him around a tree before launching him eight feet into the air.
I was the first one to the victim, but many campers followed quickly to help keep the man safe until Park Service EMS arrived, which they did quickly.
