The UK’s Petrol Retailer’s Association reaffirm there are ‘positive signs’ from their clients, with 47% now having stocks of both diesel and petrol.
They add however that fuel delivery is not reaching independent forecourts, with over a quarter of such members being dry.
Queues outside London are not reaching the same levels in the capital and the wider south-east, as seen over the past week.
