Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi has told Sky News that England’s economy will be unlocked “gradually” after schools “hopefully” return at the start of March.
Mr Zahawi added that lockdown restrictions easing is “predicated on really high quality data” of hospitalisation rates coming down and the falling of deaths.
