Joe Biden delivers his first speech as the 46th president of the United States and has called on the nation to join him in ‘bringing America together’.
President Biden says he wants to “restore the soul and secure the future of America”, but tells the audience that “unity” is needed to solve the country’s problems.
“My whole soul is in this, bringing America together,” he adds.
