The Prime Minister says the Government cannot rule out further COVID-19 restrictions over the festive season. After a two hour Cabinet meeting, he says they will be monitoring the data constantly to survey their options.
Boris Johnson also responded to the recent picture released claiming to show members of Number 10 staff as well as the PM drinking wine in the garden of Downing Street while in lockdown. He explained the circumstances of that picture as ‘those were people at work, talking about work.’
