BREAKING: Teachers won’t have testing role as third lockdown is not ruled out

The Schools Minister has told Sky News teachers will not have to play a role in coronavirus testing.

Mr Gibb said, “Teachers are already fully occupied…they already have their hands full.”

It comes after the Government announced that there will be a staggered return for secondary school and college pupils in January.

Meanwhile, Nick Gibb would not rule out a third national lockdown in England.
