A haunting photograph has emerged of a bunk bed precariously perched on the gutted remains of the Florida condo tower — and it was reportedly in the rented penthouse of a Manhattan attorney.
The heartbreaking image caused many to wonder if a child or children had been sleeping in the room when the Champlain Towers South partially collapsed on Thursday, the Miami Herald reported.
However, that now seems unlikely because the bed was part of New York City native Linda March’s furnished unit in the doomed building, according to the news outlet.
