COP26: Is fungi the future of fashion?

Fashion is one of the worst sectors for climate change, with the industry accounting for around 5% of human greenhouse gas emissions.

The World Economic Forum identified fashion, and its supply chain, as the planet’s third largest polluter, after food and construction.

Designer Stella McCartney tells Sky News about how the sector is trying to change – and says mushrooms could replace leather as a key material.
