Coronavirus: ‘Hero’ NHS doctor dies after coming out of retirement

The family of a leading NHS doctor have spoken out after he came out of retirement and died after contracting COVID-19.

Dr Alfa Saadu, who was 68 and described as a ‘hero’ by his colleagues, was one of 563 people across the UK to die after testing positive for coronavirus.
