Ministers have met to agree the plan out of lockdown and the Health Secretary Matt Hancock has told Sky News that the route to normality will be “cautious”.
On Monday afternoon, the Prime Minister will set out his roadmap for lifting lockdown restrictions, including the reopening of schools for all pupils.
