The Prime Minister has said the country is now entering the “tough final stretch” in its fight with COVID-19.
Speaking in the House of Commons, Boris Johnson said the “miracle” of scientific research had given the “sight of the finish line”.
He said that after the “marathon” of last year, the country is now in a “sprint” to vaccinate as many people as possible.
