Thousands of people descend on London for a variety of protests, but the possibility to lose the right to demonstrate unites them.
There were protests about the treatment of Palestinians, the UK’s lockdown laws, austerity, racism and climate change as well as anti-mask and anti-vaccination groups.
But just as protests become a more regular event with the easing of restrictions, one issue unites all the demonstrators – their fears that new legislation may limit their very right to protest.
