Dominic Cummings full statement: 'The rules allowed me to exercise my judgement'

The PM’s chief adviser Dominic Cummings said he behaved ‘reasonably and legally’ and offered no apology in a public statement.

Mr Cummings said he did not tell Boris Johnson about his decision to travel more than 250 miles to his parents’ home in Durham in March.
