A New Jersey woman was fired after a viral video showed her berating a group of German tourists on a New York City-bound train and telling them to “get the f–k out of our country.” NY Post reporter Alyssa Guzman shares this story.
Brianna Pinnix, a 30-year-old talent acquisition specialist at Capital Rx, approached a group of male tourists on what appears to be a New Jersey Transit train, according to the Daily Mail, which first reported the incident.
Pinnix, whose Facebook account says she is a Mahwah native and a 2015 Marymount Manhattan College graduate, has since been fired from Capital Rx, a company spokesperson confirmed to The Post Wednesday night.
“Our company has a zero-tolerance policy around prejudicial or discriminatory behavior. After conducting a review of the circumstances, we acted immediately and terminated the employee in question,” they said in a statement.
“The former employee’s actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx, and we offer our sincerest apology to those who were hurt.”
