Customers are being urged not to panic after energy supplier Bulb went into administration.
More than 1.7 million people will be affected by Bulb’s demise.
Ofgem will take over the running of the company until a new supplier can be found.
The energy watchdog will contact customers over what steps they need to take next but have assured them their energy supply – and any cash they are owed – are all safe.
