Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of the Leon restaurant chain, has been carrying out a review into England’s food strategy to try and find a system which is both good for people and good for the planet.
He told Sky’s Niall Paterson that the country’s food culture needs to change – bringing back the cooking skills which have been lost and making the worst food better – through tax.
