This formerly homeless man has a message for people who are living on the streets: “You are worth it and you are loved.” Oscar spent nine years addicted to Crystal Meth and sleeping in a tent in the Los Angeles area. He recently got sober and housed and believes we can end homelessness one patient at a time.
