A video of a Frontier Airlines employee yelling at boarding passengers to “hurry up” has gone viral on social media.
In the footage, a gate agent shouts “Next guest, please. We have to close the doors. I’m already late.”
As the flight from Denver to Norfolk, Va., boards, she repeatedly tells one passenger: “Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, we gotta go!” while aggressively tapping the machine that scans travelers’ boarding passes.
