Foreign ministers attending the G7 meeting in Liverpool have focused their discussions on ‘global aggressors’, like the mounting threat of Russia as troops gather on the border with Ukraine.
The UK and the United States have warned Russia it will face “serious consequences” if it sends troops into Ukraine.
