The Prime Minister once promised to ‘take back control’ of immigration into the UK.
Nearly 25,000 migrants have crossed the English Channel so far this year, and his government have now launched a review, into how to stop the journeys.
The former head of the Border Force though told Sky News, that without help from France, the government doesn’t have much ‘room for manoeuvre’.
