Gypsy Rose Blanchard told PEOPLE that she believes her partner, Ken Urker, died from an overdose at his Louisiana home on Oct. 1, his 34th birthday, though she said she does not know whether it was intentional and authorities have not confirmed the cause of death.
Blanchard, who shares a daughter with Urker, described him as an “amazing father” and “forever” soulmate while saying he had recently faced intense online scrutiny and cyberbullying.
