The case of Anne Sacoolas, the US national charged over the death of British teenager Harry Dunn, is to be heard by a UK court, prosecutors say.
The 19-year-old died in a crash with a car near RAF Croughton, Northamptonshire, in 2019.
The Crown Prosecution Service said Mrs Sacoolas’ case would go before magistrates next month and she would appear via video link.
But her lawyer says no agreement has been made.
