'I am so sorry' - Met Chief apologises to Sarah Everard's family

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick has publicly apologised to Sarah Everard’s family after former Met Police officer Wayne Couzens was given a whole life order for her murder.

But despite calls for her resignation and the Home Secretary saying the Met Police had ‘serious questions’ to answer, Dame Cressida remains in her role.
