It’s finally all here! Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star just revealed their entire makeup collab collection and we just can’t wait to get our hands on it. As Jeffree says, “I can’t breathe!”
What’s up? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and after around a year of planning and hard work, Shane and Jeffree have finally unveiled their Conspiracy Collection from Jeffree Star Cosmetics.
Before we get into all the details.. I have to say I can understand why Jeffree said “I can’t breathe” … they’ve already set a sell-out RECORD for Jeffree’s business.
In case you haven’t watched the episode and don’t want to see the palette, SPOILER ALERT because we are breaking it all down. There’s everything from two iconic eye shadow palettes, six liquid lipsticks, mirrors, makeup bags, joggers, lip glosses, and more.
The big reveal took place in the sixth part of Shane’s YouTube series and to say it was the best episode yet would be an understatement. It’s also the longest, coming in at over an hour.
We got to see everything that led up to the big reveal including flashbacks to Shane’s last series with Jeffree which took place about a year ago.
After lots of trial and error we’ve seen in past episodes, we now got to see that Shane has come such a long way since starting this project and he honestly knows so much about makeup now.
Seriously, who knew THIS much went into making makeup. I’ve loved this entire behind the scenes look at what goes into it all. I have so much respect for anyone who’s creating their own brand makeup or not.
And this episode was such a special look inside he and Jeffree’s friendship and can I just say… these two are friendship GOALS.
We got a look behind the scenes at their photoshoot for the collection and it really was a culmination of all of their hard work.
We were so fortunate as friends of Shane to get a sneak peak at the collection back in August so OBVIOUSLY my lips were sealed, for all you sliding into my DMs asking why I didn’t tell you about the collection.
I wasn’t about to be out here getting sued by Jeffree Star Cosmetics ok? You heard him talk about putting people in jail ok.
So thank you Shane for trusting us, and now that we’ve all seen it we can all geek out over how gorgeous it is together.
I will for SURE be ordering a few items when they go on sale this Friday at 10 AM PST.
And if you want to be there for Shane and Jeffree’s celebration of their palette they are going to be at the Mall of America this Saturday.
Those of you who live in Minnesota are lucky!
