The Columbus CountySheriff’s Dept. confirmed to TMZ that they will not be further investigating this situation. Jenelle would need to file a police report of her own in order for officials to get involved, according to the site. Her Instagram post is not enough to get them to investigate, either — she would need to file an official report.TMZalso reports that police DID respond to a 911 call at David and Jenelle’s home on April 30, but it was just to perform a welfare check on Ensley, and they found that she was okay.
