US President Joe Biden has said he will direct US states to make all American adults eligible for the coronavirus vaccine by the 1st of May, and has signed a $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package.
In an address to the nation, Mr Biden said he hoped to get the country ‘closer to normal’ by the 4th of July, so people can celebrate Independence Day together.
