Judge rejects attempt to stop Home Office deportation fight
Lawyers had argued that Priti Patel had acted unlawfully and breached human rights legislation
A high court judge has refused an emergency application to halt a charter flight scheduled to leave the UK on Tuesday with about 50 Jamaican-born people onboard.
Mr Justice Mostyn refused an application from Duncan Lewis solicitors on behalf of 13 Jamaican-born men due to be put on the flight leaving the UK at 6.30am.
