A New York judge will hear arguments on Tuesday as to whether to dismiss Virginia Giuffre’s civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew.
She claims the duke “committed sexual assault and battery” upon her when she was 17, an allegation he denies.
The hearing follows revelations in court papers that the billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein paid Ms Giuffre $500,000 to settle claims he forced her into sexual activity with his male friends – Prince Andrew was not mentioned in the documents.
