The holidays are almost upon us and you know what that means: being forced to sit at a table with your extended family while grandma gertrude complains about “dabbing, or whatever those kids are into these days”. It means constantly getting asked what you want to be when you grow up and avoiding questions about your dating life.
What’s up guys it’s Sussan Mourad here and if you thought the politics of trying to get along with your older cousins were bad, just try being a celebrity trying to navigate who it’s okay to publicly hang out with and who you should avoid or else risk ruining another friendship with someone they’re feuding with.
And it looks like Hollywood’s hottest new couple could possibly fall into the trap of picking sides, maybe without realising it, in a feud that could last a lifetime.
You already know Miley and Cody.
Or maybe you just know them as the couple that makes out in acai bowl shops.
Well, Miley is finally out of the hospital and on the road to recovery from her tonsillitis diagnosis.
And she’s spending it with her newly self-proclaimed “boyfriend”.
I told you guys, Cody playing her his new song that he wrote specifically for her really helped heal her tonsils… or maybe it was all the tonsil hockey they were most likely playing!
Well, Miley and Cody celebrated by doing what they do best – taking photos together.
She posted on her Instagram story a photo of them in some bathroom along with “she made it home. Recovering from surgery send all the vibes”.
And whatever this is.
Not one to miss out on fire content, Cody also posted a pic of his own saying “we are 4”.
He also posted a pic of her in her “freedom” shirt saying “my sick girl finally free”.
But on his main IG feed, which has remained pretty Miley-free so far, he posted a pic of himself in his jammer right out of his swim meet.
And look who commented:
No, not Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps.
Justin Bieber. He, like all of us, is very appreciative of Cody’s thirst traps. He said “your body is a wonderland”.
And this isn’t the first time that he has commented on one of Cody’s many shirtless pics. Three days ago he said “Stop killing me” on this pic.
6 days ago he said “why do you do this to me”
But this IS the first time that he’s asked for a double date. Yep, Justin Bieber is asking Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson out on a double date.
And Cody responded “text me”.
Both Miley and Justin have been in the business for a long, long time. But they haven’t really interacted publicly much.
They both performed at Ariana Grande’s “One Love Manchester” in 2017.
And Miley presented him with an award at the Billboard Music Awards in 2013.
But besides that and a brief duet WAY back in 2010, Miley and Justin have never really been friends or at least been seen out in public together!
So who knew that all it took was Cody Simpson to create a meeting of the minds between two of the biggest musicians of our time.
And a double date might just be what the doctor ordered. Even though the two couples are at VERY different stages of their relationships.
Miley and Cody are reportedly taking it “slow” and have a “no strings attached” attitude to their relationship.
Though, I will say that writing a song for someone seems like there is very much strings attached.
Meanwhile, Justin and Hailey just had their official wedding ceremony and are talking about having kids.
Shortly before posting a barrage of class photos of himself in the second grade, Justin posted this cute video of a dad and his baby.
Okay… i have to admit this is the SWEETEST thing I’ve seen all week and my heart is exploding!
Anyways, back to Justin’s comments about this post! It was his caption that got everyone talking. He said “This is something I look forward to”
He also posted another video that he found online of a toddler who got into her mom’s “yipbik”
He captioned this “Hailey with your attitude and my savage behaviour we are in a world of trouble”
So now everyone thinks that Justin Jr is on the way. And Hailey even added more fuel to this fire by saying that her and justin’s kids will also be celebrating Halloween….
