Kim Kardashian is being blasted for yet another controversy. But this time it’s not for posing nude or meeting with President Donald Trump.

Kim Kardashian has found herself in hot water, once again.
Kim has fans fuming over an Instagram post of she and her husband Kanye West posing with elephants during their trip to Bali.
In the series of pics, you can see Kim touching the trunk of the elephant, Kim giving the elephant a hug, and Kanye even cracking a smile.
Yes you heard that right, Kanye actually smiled.
And as cute as those photos may look, this where things get dicey.
Kim captioned the post, “Missing Bali! And the amazing elephant sanctuary.”
Just after posting the photos, Kim’s comments were flooded with angry comments from fans alleging that the photos weren’t taken in a sanctuary and that she’s promoting animal cruelty.
And when we say flooded, we’re talking over 35,000 comments and counting.
One commenter pointed out how it can’t be a sanctuary when quote, “the guy is riding an elephant and has a bull hook.”
Another critic called her out for sharing photos like this with so many impressionable followers.
Quote, “This is NOT an elephant sanctuary. Shame on you for having this platform and using it to advertise torturing and abusing animals. You make me SICK.”
While that may sound a little harsh, according to a World Animal Protection report, there aren’t even any elephant sanctuaries in Bali. So it looks like her followers may be onto something.
The report also states that many of the elephants in the country live in quote “severely inadequate conditions.”
So while it’s not certain whether or not the elephants were being treated properly at the Mason Elephant Park and Lodge that Kim visited, commenters are begging her to delete the pics.
Someone wrote, quote “Take this picture down, this is abuse to elephants!! How sad!! Oh but wait, you think this makes you look so pretty huh??”
But wait, hold up.
This isn’t even the first time Kim has received backlash for visiting the elephant park.
Back in October 2018, the Kardashians visited the same park while filming their show. During that trip was spotted actually riding the elephants.
Come on Kim, we gotta learn from our mistakes girl.
This is just further proof that it’s better to do your research, before just posting to the gram.
