Shadow home secretary Nick Thomas-Symonds has blamed the government for the fuel crisis and says it’s a “catastrophic failure of leadership.”
He said the government should be issuing a “far larger number” of visas to foreign lorry drivers, and the documentation should be “more attractive” and allowing a longer stay.
