Lack of focus in people's conversations are 'rotting our brains'

Author Johann Hari says interrupting others and losing focus when in conversation can ‘degrade our ability to think’.

After travelling the world to meet over 200 different professors, Mr Hari found many of the factors which degrade our attention have been getting worse over time.

He compared the situation to someone ‘pouring itching powder on your head’.
