Lil Xan found himself in a bind with the law over the weekend as he reportedly pulled a gun on a man at a gas station, and he’s officially speaking out.

What’s up guys, it’s your host Emile Ennis Jr. back here on Clevver News, and if you think your weekend was wild, in comes Lil Xan, who was all, “Hold my beer.” So Lil Xan AKA Noah Cyrus’ ex rapper boyfriend and most importantly the dude who was once hospitalized for eating too many Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, found himself face-to-face with the LAPD this weekend after allegedly pulling a gun on a man who called him a “bitch.” Sick burn.

For more context, last year Xan called rap legend Tupac Shakur’s music “boring” and to nobody’s surprise, received his share of backlash over the comment. TMZ is now reporting that a man confronted Lil Xan in a 7/11 parking lot in downtown Los Angeles asking him why he “talked shit” about Tupac and proceeded to call Xan a “bitch”.

This clearly didn’t sit well with the rapper, who, alongside his on-again off-again girlfriend Annie Smith, began yelling and cussing at the man (insert every word in the cursing handbook here) and QUOTE, “…Started flashing what looked like a semi-automatic handgun.”

Once Xan got back in his car, he QUOTE, “brandished the weapon one more time.” To make matters even more evident, TMZ has video proof of Xan flashing what appears to be a legit weapon. Although no shots were fired and nobody was reported to be injured, the man did file a report with the LAPD, who are in full investigation mode.

It was only a few short hours later when Xan attempted to explain his side of the story via Instagram message, writing QUOTE, “The media is gonna try and twist what just happened at a gas station, I was about to be attached and resorted to having to use self defense, fuck all you old head ass bitches still talking about that 2pac shit, live your own life and stop picking on a kid.”

Anything else you want to get off you chest, Lil Xan?! No… okay good!

The verdict of whether or not this was, in fact, self-defense is ultimately up to law enforcement. In the meantime, when you’re done processing all of this, I’m curious to know what you guys thought about Xan’s little weekend tyrade, so get to talking down here in the comments, then be sure to hit that subscribe button right and hit the bell to get notified everytime we post!
