COVID-19 has hit the Tokyo Olympics hard with Guinea choosing to withdraw completely, but Lord Seb Coe believes a safe competition will go ahead.
Speaking with Sky’s Mark Austin, Lord Coe lamented how he wishes the athletes would experience the games the way he did when he competed. However, he says it would not be an option to delay the competition further and this was the safest way to proceed.
